ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
OBLIGATIONS OF CUSTOMER These Conditions of Sale must be examined online by the Customer Site Shop @ Magiko before confirming purchase. The submission of the confirmation order, therefore requires a thorough knowledge of the Conditions of Sale, and their full acceptance.
Shop @ Magiko considered definitively concluded the contract, except in cases of return or cancellation as provided by law, at the time of product delivery to the carrier. Before this time it is fundamental to product availability and receipt of money, if you chose a payment in advance. In case of payment on delivery, the contract is concluded by payment to the carrier's receipt of goods.
The customer is obliged, once the purchasing process online, in print and retain these Conditions of Sale, already examined and accepted during the process of purchase, in order to fully satisfy the conditions laid down in Articles. 3 and 4 of Decree Law no. 185/1999.
METHOD 'FOR PURCHASE @ Magiko Shop is a web site selling products Esoteric, Magic and Accessories.
Purchases of products, are available as shown and described online in the relevant detailed charts, is made by the customer price, plus any shipping charges, as specified, and, where applicable, also the expenses of collection.
The Products are represented and made visible on the Site in an accurate manner and corresponding to the characteristics actually held. Shop @ Magiko, in any case, it is not able to guarantee the exact correspondence to reality in relation to images and colors as they appear on the monitor the customer. Before confirming the order, the customer will be shown the unit cost of each product chosen, the total cost when you purchase more products and shipping charges.
Confirming the order, upon completion of the contract, the customer will receive an email message containing the order identification number and date.
PRICE The prices of items listed on the site are inclusive of VAT and are valid for all orders that come from Italy.
For sales made to foreign countries the price will be reversed VAT tax (20%). Prices may be subject to variation for any promotions. The price applies to the contract is to be seen at the time of order.
ORDER The order comes into effect through "point and click" (confirmation key pressure and / or accept).
If the order is properly completed the customer will immediately receive a confirmation email containing your order number.
Otherwise you must repeat the procedure of purchase. With the Confirmation Order, Shop @ Magiko is committed to providing the Customer with the Products, the terms and conditions provided in these Conditions of Sale, subject to the right of Shop @ Magiko not to act upon orders against persons who do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency and reliability.
Minimum order € 25 excluding shipping and delivery!
PAYMENT Payment for the products purchased and the shipping will be paid by the customer at the time of the confirmation of order by using one of the credit cards indicated online, or directly to the courier of delivery in case of choosing cash on delivery.
Payments accepted are:
* Payment by Cash on delivery (Italy only): directly to the messenger, only cash on delivery.
* Payment by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Post Pay): on-line, on PayPal's secure server. The transaction will be confirmed, for the purposes of currency, only upon the actual fulfillment.
* Payment by PayPal: by indicating the order number, CAUTION is possible to pay via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account, simply by using your credit card or debit card.
* Payment by Bank Transfer or Post Office Card Pay: Payment must be made to the current account will be sent with the order confirmation email. The goods will be dispatched only after the arrival of the Bank Bank indicated or the amount indicated on the Poste Pay card. In case of payment by credit card, financial information (card number, expiration date, etc..)
